I have spent 20 years in sales, starting my career in Estate Agency and then making what appears to be the common career diversion into Recruitment before joining Focused in 2011 as an Account Manager.
Job satisfaction for me is key, and I always want to better the way I do things and learn from others. I live in Reading and during my 162 mile round trip to work, via the M25 car park, I have the perfect opportunity to come up with fresh ideas on how I can improve our services. Sadly I have not been as successful in coming up with ideas on how my team Reading FC can improve theirs.
